Includes use of chairs, covers, sashes, round dinner tables, buffet tables, bistro tables, tablecloths, and table runners.
***Includes Day 1 rehearsal/decorating (2 pm to 7 pm-15 people) and Day 2 Wedding & Reception (10 am until 11 pm)
***Choice of color on linens*** Venue will remove our décor: chair covers, sashes, table cloths, etc...

Once a coordinator is chosen, communication should be efficient and direct between facility management and wedding coordinator.
***Fee covers event direction and vendor management during the event
Service staff available for table service prep, serving, buffet table maintenance, and dish washing (4 Hours)
We are open the 2nd Sunday of every month from 2 to 4. The public is invited. This time is for party planning and tours. Please advise wedding coordinators and your potential vendors of the time slot.
